The works have been structured into three coordinated phases to ensure programme control, structural integrity and a seamless transition between internal and external upgrades.

Phase 1 – Structural Remodel

This phase focused on re-engineering the core structure of the property to create modern open-plan living and maximise usable space.
 
Works included:
  • Single storey rear extension including foundations, insulated slab and full structural build
  • Installation of multiple structural steel beams (RSJs)
  • Removal of load-bearing internal walls
  • Chimney breast removal from ground floor to loft
  • Garage conversion to habitable internal space
  • Porch structural amendments
  • Full glazing upgrade including high-performance sliding doors and window replacements
Close coordination with structural engineers and Building Control ensured compliant load transfers and structural integrity throughout.
